Every order is made to order — produced individually through our global fulfillment partners.This allows us to deliver consistent quality while minimizing waste.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed before they are shipped.

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer

Processing includes:

  • Production of the item
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging

Once your order is processed, it is handed over for shipping.

 

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary based on destination and fulfillment location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • International: 7–15 business days (after processing)

These are estimates, not guarantees.

We work with global partners to route orders to the nearest production facility whenever possible.


Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example:

  • Processing: 3 days
  • Shipping: 5 days
    → Total: ~8 business days


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product type
  • Order size

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships:
You will receive a tracking link via email
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

Shipping Delays (Important)

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand or peak seasons
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • External factors beyond our control

If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed where possible.

 

FTC Compliance (U.S. Customers)

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe:

  • You will be notified

This follows U.S. Federal Trade Commission requirements for online orders.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • Reshipping costs may apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we will investigate
  • A replacement or refund may be provided depending on the case

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

  • Please contact the carrier first
  • We will assist where possible, but responsibility may vary

 


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We do not control or predict these fees.

 

Split Shipments

Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately
  • You may receive multiple tracking links


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, the order is locked.
