We offer a 7-day resolution window from the date of delivery for eligible issues.
If your order arrives with a problem, you have time to report it — and we will work toward a fair resolution.
What We Cover (Eligible Cases)
We take full responsibility for issues related to product quality and fulfillment.
You are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective.
- Is materially different from the product ordered.
- Is incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, wrong variant, etc.).

- Provide your order number.
- Submit clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Transparency & Policy Disclosure

Made-to-Order Limitation
Because each product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

- Personal preference regarding design, fit, or feel
Custom and made-to-order products are exempt from standard return expectations and are fulfilled as final sale unless defective.
Design Responsibility Clause
All items are produced exactly as submitted.
We are not responsible for:
- Low-resolution or improperly formatted designs
- Incorrect placement or scaling due to submitted files
- Minor color variations due to printing processes
If the delivered product matches the submitted design, it is considered correctly fulfilled.
Fair Use & Claim Conditions
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Claims must be submitted within the 7-day window
- Evidence must clearly demonstrate the issue
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.
Once production starts, the order cannot be changed or canceled due to the custom manufacturing process.
Shipping Compliance (FTC Rule Alignment)
We aim to ship all orders within the timeframe displayed at checkout.
If we are unable to ship within the promised time:
- You will be notified
- You may choose to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund
This complies with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule, which requires timely shipping or customer-approved delays.
Shipping Issues & Responsibility
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost or significantly delayed:
- We will investigate and provide a resolution
- Solutions may include replacement, refund, or store credit
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Unauthorized Returns
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
