Every order is made to order — produced individually through our global fulfillment partners.This allows us to deliver consistent quality while minimizing waste.
Order Processing
Orders are processed before they are shipped.
Processing Time
- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
- During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer
Processing includes:
- Production of the item
- Quality checks
- Packaging
Once your order is processed, it is handed over for shipping.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary based on destination and fulfillment location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days (after processing)
- International: 7–15 business days (after processing)
These are estimates, not guarantees.
We work with global partners to route orders to the nearest production facility whenever possible.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:
- Processing: 3 days
- Shipping: 5 days
→ Total: ~8 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product type
- Order size
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships:
You will receive a tracking link via email
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
Shipping Delays (Important)
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Split Shipments
Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners:
- Items in the same order may ship separately
- You may receive multiple tracking links
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, the order is locked.
